Description

Balearic Diving opened in 2001 and is run by Desmond & Gillian Howell. The centre is located close to the well known marina at Puerto Portals and within easy reach of Palma and all the resorts in South Mallorca. Balearic Diving is a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resort and offers the full range of PADI Courses as well as daily dives to some of the best dive sites in Mallorca, including the Marine Reserve at El Toro, Malgrats and El Sec. All dives are from their purpose built diving boat, Captain Haddock.

Captain Haddock is unique in that it has been specially built for diving, it is easy to get in and out of, extremely safe and spacious, and makes the whole diving experience a better quality one. A wide selection of courses are available from beginners to dive master courses.

One of the most popular with visitors to the island is the ‘Discover Scuba’ course in which participants learn how to use the equipment, are taught basic skills and then try out their first dive, all within one afternoon. Whatever your level of diving you will find that the friendly, multilingual staff at Balearic Diving will look after you and make sure you have a good time.

Insurance is mandatory for all dives and divers with their own dive insurance will need to be able to show it when booking.
